Our Story

Two decades of gear engineering in Western Sydney.


Ever-Power Australia was founded in 2003 by a team of mechanical engineers who saw a clear gap in the local market — industrial gearbox buyers were forced to choose between low-cost imports with no technical support, or European brands with long lead times and premium pricing.

We built the company on a simple principle: design and manufacture worm gearboxes locally, to the same precision standards as European manufacturers, but with the responsiveness only an Australian workshop can offer. Every worm shaft is ground in-house, every gear wheel is CNC-machined to ±0.005mm, and every unit is torque-tested under full load before shipping.

Today, our gearboxes power conveyor lines, mining equipment, and processing plants from Perth to Newcastle — backed by a lifetime spare parts guarantee and direct engineer access for every customer.

Every worm shaft is ground to ±0.005mm tolerance on calibrated 5-axis CNC machinery. No shortcuts, no exceptions — measured precision is the foundation of reliability.

Accountability

Every gearbox carries a serial number, material certificate, and torque test record. If an issue arises three years down the line, we can trace it to the exact shift it was assembled.

    Case-hardened 20CrMnTi steel ground to a mirror finish — delivers exceptional torque density and wear resistance.

    Centrifugally cast tin-bronze rim ensures smooth meshing, self-lubricating properties, and quiet operation.

    IP65-Sealed Aluminium Housing

    Pressure-cast housing with finned cooling surface and dual-lip seals — rated for dusty, wet, and high-humidity sites.

    Pre-Loaded Taper Bearings

    Minimises axial play, reduces backlash to under 8 arc-minutes, and extends L10 bearing life to 100,000+ hours.
