Large-scale die forging equipment is required to produce transmission parts.We know that the processing of transmission parts must go through the blank rolling and forming process, and this process includes shovel roughing, pre-forging blanks, punching and rolling, rolling and expanding, etc., which can be said to be very difficult.However, the relevant transmission component developers told us that the bevel gears that you want to produce only need to do a reasonable design of the rolling blank, which includes the following points:

1. Determine the size of the blank.

2. Determine the small aperture of the blank.

3. Determine the thickness and outer diameter of the blank.

4. Chamfering the edges of large and small holes.

   As long as the above-mentioned rough rolling design of transmission parts is reasonably designed, coupled with skilled forging and forming technology, I believe that with many precision machinery today, the production of bevel gears is not a difficult task.
