When installing, both the valve and the indicating plate of the device should be in the closed position for coordination.
This device rotates the hand wheel clockwise to close the valve, and rotates the valve counterclockwise to open, which is the same as usual.
Installation procedure:
First check whether the inner hole of the worm gear shaft, the keyway, and the flange of the device housing are consistent with the valve stem shaft, key, and valve body mounting flange.
Install the device on the valve after checking.
Turn the hand wheel on the device to adjust the limit screw so that the indicator needle on the indicator plate can point to CLOSE when it is fully closed, and point to OPEN when it is fully open.

Do not use it under the rated conditions of this device.
According to the different use environment:
1 Under special working conditions such as humidity, outdoor and high temperature, check the lubrication condition of the device and the flexibility of the rotating parts every six months, and add lubricating oil appropriately.
2 Under normal working conditions, check the lubrication status of the device and the flexibility of the rotating parts every year, and add lubricating oil appropriately.
This device must not be used in working conditions with corrosive media.
